These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FieldNexus website, platform, and related services ("Services"). FieldNexus is operated by Synergy CNS, LLC ("Synergy CNS", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using FieldNexus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FieldNexus is provided for business and operational use by authorized users. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to FieldNexus may be limited to authorized users associated with an organization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if use of the platform violates these Terms or poses a security or operational risk.

Synergy CNS may offer optional FieldNexus account-related SMS/text messages for account activation, verification, password reset, temporary password delivery, security alerts, and account status notices. These messages are transactional and are not used for marketing unless a separate marketing consent is obtained.

By opting in, you agree to receive FieldNexus Account Alerts at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS may affect text-message delivery, but FieldNexus may continue to provide account notices by email, in-app message, or other permitted channels.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the FieldNexus platform. By using the Services, you grant FieldNexus permission to process and store data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data submitted complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

We strive to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. FieldNexus may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

All intellectual property rights in the FieldNexus platform, including software, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to FieldNexus. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the Services without prior written consent.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FieldNexus disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked, subject to applicable data retention obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which FieldNexus operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
