FieldNexus is operated by Synergy CNS, LLC ("Synergy CNS", "we", "our", or "us"). This page summarizes the safeguards we use to protect FieldNexus operational data.

FieldNexus is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure designed for secure networking, authentication, storage resilience, and monitored availability.

Users authenticate through the FieldNexus sign-in flow. Platform and company roles are enforced to ensure only authorized users can manage records or access sensitive information.

Customers retain ownership of their operational data. We do not sell customer data and only use it to provide platform functionality and support.
